If you are not sure, do not ask the breeder for additional photos. drawing up a contract.

Because you are blocking unnecessarily the possibility of finding a loving home for your puppy.
Let's take each other seriously and fairly.
And if you've changed your plans, at least have the civil courage to inform you about it.
On the day you pick up your dog, would you like to find out that it has become someone else's property?

A few words about yourself about your family and answering the following questions that will confirm our belief that we will entrust our "child" to a responsible guardian.

1 What kind of housing conditions do you offer a dog block / house with a garden?
2-do you realize that this is a breed that likes to move outdoors, in what form and how long are you able to provide the pooch with it?
3- Are you an active person or rather a homebody?
4- Do you know the average age of a spaniel?
5 -Do you include his presence in your life plans, e.g. going abroad, changing jobs, enlarging the family?
6 -Do you realize that even the best breeding dog can get sick because it is a living creature for which there is no "guarantee of action"?
7 -Have you had a dog before? what race and for how long?

BOOKING COURSE PUPPIES NOT BORN

If you really care about a puppy from our kennel, you can sign up against waiting persons.

1 Enter sex and color

2 make an advance payment or make a verbal reservation.

After the puppies are born, we will inform you about their birth

We send detailed photos of the puppies

1 The priority of choice is given to people who paid the down payment in accordance with the order donations.

2 After the puppies have been selected by the people who have paid the down payment, the selection is made according to the order of applications by the persons with the verbal reservation. Preliminary contracts and prepayments are prepared (see below)

If it is not possible to choose a puppy from a given litter, the booking is transferred to the next litter.

BOOKING OF BORN PUPPIES

After requesting a reservation, we send a preliminary contract and photos of the selected dog

This contract should be printed out and completed and send a scan or a readable photo to your e-mail.

The puppy then receives the reserved status for a period of two working days.

This is the period we expect to receive a deposit of PLN 300 for foreign transfers, please confirm the transfer.

After receiving the down payment, the puppy receives the down payment status, and we also send back the signed contract on our part, completed with point 6 confirming the receipt of the down payment.

The puppy is waiting for the owner until the scheduled pickup date.

The future owner has 2 weeks from the designated date to collect the puppy.

No deposit received or failure to collect the puppy with no other arrangements,

is treated as resignation.

Upon receipt, a second contract is signed for the transfer of the dog's ownership to the buyer.

PURCHASE A DOG ABROAD WITH A 21 QUARANTINE REQUIREMENT

After reporting the will to buy an animal and preparing it for departure to countries that do not allow animals to enter their territory without valid rabies.

We send detailed photos of the animal and a contract with the transfer of ownership to the buyer.

The new buyer pays the dog in advance and PLN 1000 for the cover the cost of his food, round-the-clock care and prophylaxis from the 8th week.

The dog is prepared for departure, a passport is issued (export pedigree on request), the dog is subjected to age-appropriate prophylaxis. Leaves kennels with complete vaccinations.

In the event of mishap and the dog's death, the ownership is transferred to another puppy upon agreement.

THE BUYER IS OBLIGED TO KNOW THE CURRENT REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE BUYER WANTS TO TAKE ANIMAL

Some countries allow puppies under 12 weeks of age to enter their territory without mandatory rabies

Others require that the puppy be vaccinated against rabies and placed in a 21-day home quarantine.

Pursuant to Polish law, vaccination against rabies is carried out on puppies after they are 3 months old.
